No. Nursing pillows should not be used for sleep. Children have suffocated when sleeping on or near nursing pillows. The nursing pillow should only be used with your baby for nursing.

If your baby falls asleep on a nursing pillow, you should move them to a bare product subject to a mandatory sleep standard (such as a bassinet, Moses basket, crib/cot, cradle, or play yard), on their back.
