Why won’t my DockATot Tent of Dreams tent open all the way?

If you are having difficulty spreading the poles until they are evenly spaced, take the following steps:

• Raise the fabric – Pull the fabric up at the top of the tent if it has slipped down. The fabric may prevent the poles from spreading completely if it has dropped too far.
• Loosen the cord – Try loosening the cord at the top of the tent. This should make it easier to spread out the poles. After loosening, make sure that the cord is re-secured with a strong knot.
