How do I install the Toy Arch?

Every Deluxe+ dock has two loops on each side. First, slip one end of the arch through both loops. Then slide the bottom loop into the clip on the toy arch and move the toy arch up, allowing the loop to slide to the bottom of the clip opening. The final assembly should look like the picture below.
